30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

We have a full 30 day money back guarantee, should you receive your item and find it is not exactly as described on our website, in our brochures, by our sales representatives or in any of our other advertising material. We will grant a full refund should you submit your claim and go through the refund process within 30 days.

Warranty

We offer a full 12 months warranty on any manufacturing faults with the device. Simply get in touch and we will organise a replacement unit or refund. (Case dependant.)


Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards

Programmed and devices that have been set up for the user are non-returnable as they have been customised for the user and are non-re-saleable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 


Refunds (if applicable)

To lodge for a refund, log a request via email to alertalarmsaustralia@gmail.com. If we accept the refund request, we will provide a physical address and you will need to supply either your order number or name on order with the package and email us the tracking ID so that we can ensure the refund is processed for the correct order. 

If you do not include order number or name on order in your package as well as emailing us the tracking ID, there will be no way for us to identify the order as belonging to you, and may it be very difficult for us to organise a refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at alertalarmsaustralia@gmail.com.

Fees: In the instance we do accept the return, there is a $60 non-refundable amount to cover the non-retrievable costs such as credit, sim card and shipping.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alertalarmsaustralia@gmail.com and we will organise return address details with you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us via our contact page for shipping locations.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
